The ISO 9001 standard provides Craig Technologies the means to manage our internal processes in conformance to established business and various contract requirements. Since February 2005, we have operated under an ISO 9001 Quality Management System which covers full life-cycle systems development: Systems engineering, requirements analysis; software requirements specifications, software design, code, test, and integration. These activities are carried out in accordance with the TicklT uniformed arrangements.
